·        Clickfor User guidelines and SOP of e-Privilege Pass/PTO module

·        Paradigm shift as far as staff matters.

·        E-Privilege Pass/PTO module of HRMS (Human Resources Management System)

·        To promote Digital/Paperless ticketing

Significant features

·        Implemented w.e.f 24.08.2020

·        Till 31.10.2020 - Physical and Digital Passes/PTOs are available

·        From 01.10.2020 onwards - Digital Passes/PTOs only available

·        Digital Passes/PTOs - Staff can avail

·        All rules i.e., booking of ticket, revalidation, usage, charging etc regarding physical Passes/PTOs shall remain same in e-Passes/PTOs with minor operational amendments, where ever required.

·        Data entry in 2 modules of HRMS i.e., 1. Employee Master and 2. e-SR is almost completed for enabling the issue of digital passes/PTOs to the Staff.
