Shall be alerted for the selection and WE, can be included in the panel and can be promoted to higher grade. The penalty imposed if, any can be implemented in higher grade.

🩸 SCL - Special Casual Leave – Blood Donation / Apheresis (रक्तदान / अप्हेरेसिस हेतु विशेष आकस्मिक अवकाश - SCL)

A Railway employee is entitled to *SCL - Special Casual Leave for one day* on the day of blood donation or apheresis (red cells, plasma, platelets, etc.) at a licensed Blood Bank, on submission of valid proof of donation.

➡️ Limit: *Up to 4 times in a calendar year*

➡️ Leave Type: *SCL -  Special Casual Leave*  — not debited to normal leave account
