Facility / Work	Requirement
First-Aid Appliance	For every 150 workers or part thereof
Ambulance Room	More than 500 workers
Canteen	More than 250 workers (No Profit - No Loss basis)
Safety Officer	More than 1000 workers
Whitewashing / Colour washing	Once every 14 months for inside walls, ceilings and passages
Smooth Impervious Surfaces	Clean at least once every 14 months
Washable Water-Paint	Repaint once every 3 years, wash at least once every 6 months
Other Paints/Varnish	Repaint or revarnish once every 5 years
Wooden/Metallic Framework	Paint or varnish at least once every 5 years
